Mazda focused on sporty handling and as a result the ride suffers. The ride, even on the smaller tires is stiff and jarring.
The front dash area is more cluttered and not as cohesively put together. My biggest complaint was with the giant slide rails in the floors for the second and third row seats. They are hideous and large and have no place on a $35k vehicle.
