5-speed shiftable automatic FWD		 The front seat head rests are horrific. They jut out and force your head, neck and entire upper back into an uncomfortable position. I'm sure this is part of some ill-conceived anti-whiplast design, but it's awful. I'd rather risk some whiplash than drive every day with this! see full Mazda Mazda5 review

5-speed manual FWD		 By definition, being a subcompact means a smaller interior. To be fair, although the Accent is technically a subcompact, the government compares the Accent to compact cars.
