Handles like a GoKart. It annoys me to no end to see car magazines rate the ride as rough - that is what you get with such precise handling!
With regular fuel and highway driving I was often getting 32 miles per gallon. With the new ethanol blends and more city driving the fuel economy has dropped to 27mph or so.
Looks really sharp, even though I did not drive an original Mini.
Pretty cool interior. The seats work really well on the S model, providing a secure base to explore the handling limits.
So far (6 years) it has been pretty good and better than most of my other vehicles.
