106640 mi Alternator replaced twice. thought it was a faulty rebuild. through diagnosis i have discovered that when its not charging if i shut off the car and pull the 7.5 amp control unit relay fuse(inside vehicle fuse box), start the car with fuse pulled the alternator starts to work. shut off the car, re-insert the fuse and start the car again and all is good till the next time. I don't use this car much so it could be a few weeks or days, who knows. Why its doing this is still a question.
