Why Not the 2004 Nissan Murano?
Unfortunately, workmanship leaves ALOT to be desired. Over the past 8 years, I have replaced 2 door handles that broke off, 3 door locks that quit working, Bose 6 CD changer quit after 3 years, driver's visor broke after 3 years and is Velcroed to the headliner, sunroof has started leaking recently,AWD button broke (and is used maybe twice a year) driver's seat is broken. Back hatch release quit working. Getting close to 120,000 mile transmission warranty and seriously thinking it is time to trade this car in!
Conclusion
I have never owned any car, foreign or domestic, that had so many trim/workmanship issues as this Murano. The sad part is, if you look on Murano forums, many of these issues happen over and over and Nissan has not addressed them.
