2005 Nissan Quest Pros and Cons at TrueDelta: Owner Pros and Cons by ltshailey

Interior styling
The interior is HUGE! It is laid out very well and is passenger/operator friendly. The sesating has leg room galore and there are plenty of storage areas.
Safety & braking
At the time we purchased this in April 2005, it had more STANDARD safety features than anything on the market. Those standard features included curtain airbags, side impact airbags and traction control. Crash ratings could not be ignored either.
Reliability & durability
The 3.5 liter motor has been around a while and is a proven performer. I know that I can count on this motor and tranny for years to come. We currently have 36,000 miles on it and have not had one problem with either of those things.
Discounts & incentives
There was a $1500 rebate at the time and that put it literally thousands of dollars below the next closest competitor for a comparably equipped van.
Exterior styling
I personally think that the design is kind of ugly, but the interior functionality overrode the exterior looks. If I wanted something just for looks I would have bought the 350Z.
Safety & braking
First off, safety is top notch and the van stops quickly for its size. BUT, the rotors have been replaced 2 times and have been turned multiple times. It has been under warranty, but it is still bothersome and they are starting to judder again.
