After contacting Nissan Customer service and attempting a reset, we took the vehicle to the dealer. After a lengthy removal of the entire back of the car to look for a Bluetooth module that we told them was NOT located there, they finally diagnosed the actual Audio unit as containing a failed Bluetooth circuit board. Nissan fully covered the nearly $3000 cost of the new unit. | ||
