Fuel economy
If I shift between 2k to 2.5k, I get about 22mpg city and 27 mpg hwy. If I shift at 4.5k rpm (which I mostly do) I get about 16 mpg city and 20 mpg hwy.
Safety & braking
This car has standard brakes not the brembos and they still feel very grabby. I will never need the brembos unless I start tracking it. I have also seen many pics and vids of 350z horrible crashes where the people came out with minor scratches.
Insurance cost
Full insurance went from $300/6mos from my altima to $630/6mos for the Z and people I know are envious because they pay in the $200/mo range for these cars. Bought the car for 24k, 1 yr later is only worth $19k (blame the economy on this one too)
Cargo capacity
No trunk space. May be enough for shopping bags or for small items. You might be able to pack enough stuff for a weekend trip but deff not a week or more.
Quietness
Again the tires. They are not only hard riding, but also very very loud. Easy fix with a new set of tires.
