The left rear door would not open and the rear quarter glass had to be cut down. The hood is still crooked and the body alignment is off. There is evidence of previous body work on the left fender of my vue even though the dealer does not feel there is.
There is a crunching noise coming from the right front wheel suspension and they previously replaced the CV axle, power steering rack and CV boot. The noise has not been resolved and I am left to file the lemon law as Saturn says there is no problem
They replaced the latch and it seems better, but the problem is still there.

The drivers side compartment would not close. Part replaced.
Cord ripped off when pulling latch to open hood.

glove compartment kept opening on its own. Latch for glove compartment was readjusted. Dealer said it was incorrectly installed at factory.

Windshield washer hose had detached from under hood, needed to be replaced
When opening the passenger door the handle would not shut. You new this as you closed the door and it would not latch. You than would pull the door handle to allow it to go to closed position and than the door could close to latch. Happened sporatically.

Rear wiper would engage when opening the trunk hatch.
Rear windshield wiper arm was replaced.

Due to all the freezing rain my windshield wipers were stuck when I turned on the wipers. Result was driver side wiper was not fully engaging.....service fixed the problem by tightening a loose bolt.
Transmission shifts are odd when using cruise control. Told it was working as designed.
Windshield wiper motor bolts stripped, replaced bolts.
Interior side panel on passenger side near windshield is loose. This trip determined that clips were broken during previous attempt (by dealer) to attach loose panel. Clips have been ordered.
Brake pedal pad fell off-adhesive applied and re-installed.
Driver-side Door would not open. Lock bar?? broke. $75 for part - $225 labor - they had to remove inside door trim to get at the lock.
The passenger seat tilt mechanisim was broken and they fixed it.
Windshield washer pump/tank was leaking. Replaced with new pump and sealing grommet.
Sunroof required alignment as the back drivers corner was not correctly seating when closed. There was no water leakage but the misalignment (about 1/64") was noticeable standing beside the vehicle. Loud wind noise from upper windshield area. More pronounced in cooler weather. Windshield was replaced (non dealer) in May 2008 due to a rock strike. Noise was not there prior to windshield replacement. Dealer/Windshield shop could not replicate noise.
Hybrid 2007 Vue hood latch is out of stock. Previous repair personnel did not follow up at the factory. This time they called up several levels trying to get authorization to have a part manufactured. New Vue has different part!!!
The hood latch was finally replaced so that the car could get inspected. Apparently GM had to have several of these manufactured since the 2008's VUE has a different part. The annoying part was while the hood latch did not work the Hybrid was disabled.

Airbag warning light would come on randomly when I was driving with no passengers. Also, the airbag warning light would come on and the passenger airbag would turn on and off while driving with someone in front passenger seat.
Driver side for cable release snapped
replace passenger seat arm rest with minor tear.
Windshield washer pump did not work. Actually did not need replacing, the intake screen was clogged in the tank. Removed, cleaned replaced and works fine.
During the previous visit to the dealership one of the technicians broke the center console lid. In order to fix it they had to order and replace the whole center console.
Grinding noise in wipers traced to wiper transmission, which was replaced under extended warranty.

This trip was a three-parter becuse they didn't have the part. The bulb on the temp control knob for the HVAC system burned out. I went in for an oil change, and they ordered a part. Part came in, was wrong, so I had to reschedule. Second trip was wrong part again, so they replaced the entire HVAC cluster. Problem all better. (email 092407)
Difficulty opening driver door front, replaced opener and latching mechanism.
Had to replace rear hatch lift cylinders
Map light switch mount broke. Shop had to drop headliner to access. In that process, they did some sort of electrical damage and lights no longer worked. Took car to Auto Electric shop for partial repair.
Had to replace both headlight assemblys due to lamp housing plastic breakdown. Could no longer adjust.
Hood latch cable broke; original dealer where purchased (used) had offered to fix, but new job prevented trip. When battery died and I couldn't open the hood, a tow-in and paid repair to the local dealer was necessary.
