10000 mi High Pressure Fuel Pump replaced under warranty due to a chirping noise during idle after the engine is warmed up. The newest design change was in Feb 2013. Those new pump has the same part no, but it has a green dot next to the part no.

3000 mi Complete engine failure. Fuel pump replaced, Cam gears in left and right banks replaced.
2000 mi High pressure fuel pump squeaking noise
8000 mi High pressure fuel pump "chirping"
7000 mi Mild loss of power by engine under load and low rpms. Took to the dealer who did not sense the issue on test drive. Engine bogs down at times as though being gently braked. Worse under A/C and lower rpms. Performence is down. Bad gas? Engine loses power episodically. Maybe a 25% loss of power through the throttle that necessitates pressing harder on the accelerator. Problem comes on very quickly then goes away. Usually happens while at neutral throttle at lower rpm's.
8800 mi Note: the engine power issue I reported starting at 6,000K resolved by 7,000K and 4 fill-ups. It was likely bad gas that caused ignition system to dial-back power. FR-S may be very sensitive to bad gas with its unique dual-injection system.

9000 mi fuel pump replaced for second time

Fuel pump still chirping.
13000 mi New fuel pump to prevent obnoxious noises.
