The 12 way power driver and passenger seats are very comfortable and the side bolstering is just right. The "vegan leather" in the car feels softer than real leather. I don't know how well it will hold up. My Prius has another type of this leather and that driver's seat has held up better than any leather seat I've sat in. see full Tesla Model 3 review |

The back seat cushion is too low, which means there is no thigh support and your knees are level with your chest. There is also no foot room, but there is enough leg room. Without question, the most comfortable car for long road trips that I've ever owned. Our family of four took a road trip of ~2000 miles, longest single-day drive was 11 hours, and never felt any fatigue or discomfort from the seating.
