DSG is as fun as a manual. 2.5 has good power but gets worse mileage than the gti.

poor tire choice from factory leaves car handling poor in summer and winter
design issues with air cleaner location make it very difficult to change (hidden on bottom of engine cover). Oil filter has gone back 10 years from my other vw. requires special tools for simple maintenance. High cost of bringing it in.
