Regional Engineer has been brought in to capture more data for analysis in Sweden. No abnormality found in the sensors. Attempted to replace throttle body. No difference.

This fixed the navigation system problem, and it also caused the car to run much better and extended the length on the battery charge from 18 to 20 miles, like when it was new.

Unfortunately, they broke the windshield during the repair, so it took 5 days (ordering new heated windshield). Otherwise, the leak would have been fixed during scheduled maintenance.

Oct 2019 27000 mi	Dealer left cap on coolant reservoir untightened. Check engine light came on for low coolant.
Oct 2020 31000 mi	Electric rear axle motor failed. Replacement unit was recalled before repair could take place. Nearly three weeks to get car back.

Dec 2016 6000 mi	Check engine light came on. Code for high voltage battery cooling problem. Volvo consulted and it was a software glitch with nothing actually wrong with car.
Sep 2017 10000 mi	Software update, driver's seat making clunking sound and seat back wobbled. They replaced a part. The seat back wobbles far less now. The clunk is a bit better. I think that there is still something not quite right. There is still a clunk coming from the thigh extension. I will ask next time the car is in for service.
Jul 2018 15000 mi	AC Drain line kinked. Backed up onto floor. Corroded some computer connections and fried the vision module. All replaced and fixed under warranty

Jun 2016 2000 mi	Volvo OnCall was not working. It took some time to upgrade the software to get it to work. Since this car does not have a spare tire, it's quite crucial to have OnCall work. Surprisingly it did not work off the door.
Jan 2017 7000 mi	"Brake Paddle Characteristic Changed. Service Required" message popped up while in normal driving condition. It turned out to be faulty booster & terminals. Repaired under original warranty. This type of repair could be expensive w/o warant.
Jul 2017 11000 mi	Foot motion sensor drew too much current when car was parking. It drained the battery in 2-3 weeks.
Apr 2018 18000 mi	Fix water leak through the seal of moon roof.

Jul 2018 35000 mi US $400	Squeal from right front. Dealer replaced front pads/rotors warranty TSB. Rear pads over half worn on one side, I paid to replace as tech said they wouldn't make next PM. I inspected used parts, really didn't like the wear pattern. I usually get far better wear; tech said hill hold and brake programming out of my control results in reduced friction material life. Now front squealing again; IR temp gun showed 40 degree delta between right and left rotors after commute. Car now back at dealer.
