1000 mi Car has slight hesitation with very light gas throttle. Told "normal" but not convinced. Drove another car, noticed same, so probably a design flaw. Traded because felt could be a safety issue.

9500 mi Driver seat moved side to side when exiting car and on turns. Had to contact District Manager for Hyundai to have him see issue and request dealer order full seat bottom brackets, motors and rails Dealer installed new seat frame and fixed the movement problem 
12000 mi Seat movement problem came back. Also never repaired suspension clunk. Sold car in part because they couldn't fix these two issues. 
30200 mi wheel well molding and front bumper under molding separated. Dealer 'zip-tied' them back together instead of replace. No charge

Problem with brake, couldn't get car out of park without pumping brake pedal and working with it. Dealer said it was a common problem. Update: happening again, dealer says no permanent fix yet.

25000 mi Wire harness that is attached to the inside of the trunk lid was rubbing away weatherstripping. Applied zip tie to hold it away from weatherstripping. Fixed problem. 
11000 mi Doors would not latch in temperatures below 20 degrees F. Doors would open normally, however would not latch closed when trying to close the door. Sprayed silicone lubricant on the latch assemblies for the doors and trunk. Fixed issue.

24800 mi driver side window randomly does not go down when hitting button. Window only goes down about an inch at a time when this happens. they lubed the intermittent regulator and said that should fix it.

24994 mi Rattle in driver dash. "Fixed" by dealer, rattle returned after a few miles of driving. This has been looked at at each visit or oil change and they can never seem to find and alleviate it.
