The engine was blowing blue within the first 6 months of ownership. The transmission was jerky from day one.
The rear bumper was crooked from the day it was brought home and needed to be fixed by the dealer. The dash got wavy and needed replacing before 12,000 miles.
At best it got in the low 20s.
Alot of money for such poor quality.
When our friend ended up selling it, he lost over $14,000 in depreciation. With that amount I could have leased loaded up Malibu for 3 years and had money left over to go on an amazing vacation.
