Introduction

I really do LOVE this car. It is very stylish, sleek, yet muscular looking. The engine has a LOT of power. I have the Performance package and the AFL Adaptive forward lighting, is really nice. When you turn the wheel at night, the headlight turn with it to illuminate where you are turning. It is roomy enough for a mid-size SUV. The cargo area is a little restricted from the sloping rear windshield. The seats are a little stiff compared to my previous Cadillacs (1959 coupe, 1970 Sedan de Ville, 1978 Brougham de Elegance). I've heard that the firmer seats and the "Sporty" ride provide a better "feel of the road". If I WANTED to "feel the road"...I'd lay down on it. The visibility from inside is rather poor. Wide window pillars and high rear windshield cause that, but the back up camera is very helpful. You can even program the side mirrors to tilt down whenever you select reverse to guide you along your driveway edges. There are many different features that you have control over with the onboard computer. Everything in this car is electric except the steering wheel tilt and telescope feature. Just 3 days ago I had to replace the battery, but it was the factory battery that came with the car and it was 5 and 1/2 years old, so that's reasonable. With the All Wheel Drive, I've had no trouble with the snowy roads here in Toledo Ohio. I will return and edit this post to include more info in the future......
