Why the 2003 Chevrolet Corvette?

Powertrain performance

THE American performance car; excellent engine and transmission, great acceleration and decent fuel economy to go with the performance.

Safety & braking

Brakes are world class; the car stops almost instantly with no pulling or brake fade. Standard vehicle stability and traction control systems, coupled with anti-lock brakes and Gen II air bags make the Corvette one of the safest cars available.

Why Not the 2003 Chevrolet Corvette?

Price or payments

Can get very expensive with too many options and dealers are reluctant to discount the price, but that is changing as cars with large V8 engines get harder to sell.

Cargo capacity

Cargo capacity is adequate but not great; towing - not recommended.

Discounts & incentives

They are out there but hard to find, except at the end of the model year.

Fuel economy

Great for the size of the engine, but not good enough for $4.00 plus gas prices. As gas goes up, the car gets driven less and less.
