35000 mi same problem as before. t/c light came on after accelerating hard vehicle runs rough and shifts hard. dealer replaced transmission control module and reprogramed powertrain control module. 
7000 mi Would not release key when in park; replaced safety switch; may have also adjusted shifter; is an issue as reported on another forum.

24000 mi Replaced whole stick assembly came home earlier and needed to turn the HHR around to park Him and key wouldnt come out. tried everything, even undoing the side enough to see if there was a problem and couldnt see anything wrong. So S 
65000 mi Shifter linkage was replaced due to the fact that it would not allow the ignition key to be removed from the ignition. The shifter could be worked back and forth into P and it would then release key. Linkage replaced and no further issues. Covered by exte
