For such a large car, the fuel economy is amazing. Like most vehicles, if you drive it hard the economy is poor. However, if you can drive sensibly on the highway at about 105 kph or 65 mph it will easily get over 30 mpg (38 mpg Canadian)! see full Chevrolet Impala review
