May 2011 US $345 Left front wheel bearing and outer tie rod replaced. However, repairman damaged the CV boot when doing the repair (I discovered the damage next day & convinced shop to repair...free of charge.) 
Jul 2012   I kept getting a vibration when I accelerated (usually more above 40 mph. When I let off the gas pedal & coasted, the vibration went away. The dealer said i had a bad transmission. Turss out it was a bad CV axle (I replaced both and a hub 
May 2013   Intake manifold had a minor leak. i wanted to get repaired before it became worse. While in there, we also replaced the plenum (upper intake) gasket, valve cover gaskets, fuel injector o-rings, and thermostat. About $140 for parts 7 $180.

Aug 2011 C $200 Brake line became loose. Line was replaced and reattached.

Sep 2010 US $250 Car stalled randomly, sometimes while driving 40 mph, sometimes after accelerating from a stop. Mechanic replaced the Crankshaft Sensor after experiencing the issue and pulling the codes. 
Jul 2011   Driver side front wheel squealing - likely bad wheel hub. ABS/Traction light illuminates. A/C only blows hot air. Drivers door window won't go up. And my blinker was out, so I got pulled over...good times. As you can imagine, the trade in value was painfully low.

Nov 2010 C $638 Brakes. One front rotor, two rear rotors, one rear pad, and two rear calipers. 
Jan 2011   Front brake line was leaking so a new replacement was installed. Unfortunately, a very difficult one to replace so a high labour charge.

Oct 2010 US $1100 Intake leaking coolant. Bad electronics connection with abs system causing abs to activate when it shouldn't. Transmission pressure sensor/ valve bad. Causing rough, improper shifts. Possible issues with traction control caused by this as well. 
Jul 2011   Abs and traction control not working yet again! TC kicks in on dry pavement. Abs engaged when they should not! 3rd time fixing this.

Aug 2011 US $410 Fuel tank pressure sensor became defective causing constant check engine light. Sensor repaired whcih required dismounting gas tank. 
May 2013   Coolant leak caused by defective water pump. Replaced Water Pump.

Nov 2010 C $300 Rear wheel bearing worn out - bearing replaced. 
Jun 2012   Right rear wheel bearing broken, bearing replaced Left rear wheel bearing loose, bearing replaced Front right outer tie rod end very loose, part replaced Both front control arm bushings broken, bushings replaced 
Jul 2014   A/C wasn't working, recharged. 
Nov 2014   Sway bar was broken on one side, replaced. Tie-rod end very loose, replaced Other minor suspension components were loose or worn out, replaced 
Mar 2015   Brake lines burst, lines entirely replaced Right front strut severely damaged, left front strut very worn, struts replaced. 
May 2015   A/C not working, diagnosed to be a faulty compressor.

Jul 2011   Coolant Sensor broken. This was repaired under warranty by a Chevy dealer once before but, broke again soon after. This other Chevy dealer decided to replace it and charge me for another repair and parts. Wheel bearing seals were out on two wheels. The dealership decided to replace the bearings. The dealership discovered the brakes and rotors were worn considerably. Both items were replaced. 
Nov 2011 US $50 The steel cable that connects to the power window regulator frayed and snapped. This caused the driver side window to fall into the door. The motor assembly and cable come as one piece and had to be replaced. 
Sep 2012   The car was making a grinding sound when rolling out of park. The brake fluid turned out to be very worn. The brake lines were flushed and refilled which seems to have fixed the problem. 
Nov 2012   The valve body in the transmission is starting to stick, causing the transmission to shift erratically or not at all. Chose not to repair and will probably be getting rid of this vehicle. 
Dec 2012   Sticking valve body in the transmission.
