Mar 201736000 miUS $335 | Driver seat vertical motion gears were worn out so seat would not go up unless no one was sitting in it. This has been happening for a couple years when vehicle had around 20K miles on it. Vehicle is primarily driven by one person so seat was rarely moved. I told dealership that this was a manufacturer defect. Since the repair was made outside the warranty period, GM was willing to pay a portion of the bill and I paid $335 2 AC actuators in the dash were worn-out (a known problem with these vehicles, probably to supplier issues) and making a loud clicking noise anytime I turned the AC ON. Dealership diagnosed both as defective but replaced only one, saying the second one tested Ok during repairs. I picked up the car and the second actuator started clicking less than one mile from the dealership. It took another trip and a couple days at the dealership to get it replaced. GM covered repairs in full. 2 AC actuators in the dash were worn-out (a known problem with these vehicles, probably to supplier issues) and making a loud clicking noise anytime I turned the AC ON.
