58900 mi C $2700 Problem with relay being loose. Was incorrectly diagnosed and starter, wires, etc were replaced and diagnostics were done that did not fix the problem.

2004 Chrysler Pacifica 4dr SUV

250-horsepower 3.5L V6 4-speed shiftable automatic FWD

43000 mi US $64 The high-intensity headlight bulb burned out again. This was the third bulb to be replaced. It is the only complaint we have had about the vehicle during ownership. The high-intensity bulbs are not long-lasting. 
54000   Tire pressure sensor indicated low pressure via warning light. Dealer could not reproduce - reset warning light. 
55000   Tire pressure sensor again. Again told the dealer service department could not replicate the issue. Reset warning light. 
55000   The long-standing prior issue with the tire pressure sensor was finally resolved. The SPARE TIRE was low! The other dealership in New Jersey never checked the spare! The dealership in Downingtown, PA was on top of it and problem solved! VERY HAPPY! 
35998   Replace DVDx6 player unit in dash, changer failed.

87000   Cruise control not working. Dealer mechanic found a cracked vacuum hose and replaced it. Total $75. 
77000 US $58 Heater not blowing hot air - paid $58 to diagnose -they said they fixed it but it stopped working a few days later. 
78000   Heater not blowing hot air. Mechanic again flushed system and found junk in fluid - needed several flush cycles to remove majority of junk. Heater works OK now. 
48360 C $1200 DVD screen had a burned out pixel. mad a red dot on dvd screen. DVD screen replaced 
58900   Faulty tire sensor. Caused service tire system soon on the dash computer.

57000 US $700 Heater control went bad $500 for unit $200 to have put in.  Also tire sensors reading needs service, did not have done. 
122000   Air bag system warning light came on. Ended up being the right front sensor. Dealer replaced it zero charge due to my father-in-law owns a dealship.

124000   GROUNDING ISSUE wouldnt start.Wire located near transmission on drvrside. Didnt have lift or floor jack, but local mechanic(had same issue)had quickfix(ground from frt of mtr to battery).Car starts a few options not working(cruise/seat).
