rear hatch not opening fully in very cold weather. Dealer replaced hatch struts.
The rear fold down seats are stuck in the down position. The dealership could not fix the problem on first trip and need to have someone from Chrysler come in to fix the problem. Going back next week. The fold away backseat jammed in the down position. The dealership was unable to fix it at the time we brought it in and said they needed to refer to someone else
passenger side door not closing or opening properly. Hangs up and moves back and forth. Door handle does not over ride.
Folding legs on rear seat didn't retract flush when folded.

Rear seat anchors would not fold with seat stowed.

Wire track for driver sliding door came in and was installed July 11. From a google search this problem has happened to others and it's about a 20 minute fix after you get the part. The estimated cost of the part is $170.
Chain on power sliding door broke, rendering door inoperable. The broken chain was temporarily repaired and then replaced when new chain available.
Replaced cracked liftgate brake light lens. The horizontal red plastic lens for the high center mounted brake light above the glass on the rear hatch cracked top to bottom right where one of the screws attaching the lens was.
Wiper Motor Linkage broke for Driver Side Wiper. Replaced entire Wiper Motor Assembly.

Check engine light came on, code 00032, oxygen sensor, I could reset the check engine light so I looked at the sensor and the wires were torn apart! Called dealer, they wanted 200, got part at NAPA 25.00 and paid shop 20.00 to change it
The automatic passenger door would not open automatically and was hard to open and close manually. The tires were covered with brake dust which I had checked as well, was told that they are wearing out but still had 30% left.
Back window wiper quit working. They replaced and cost 50.00 due to service contract. Kept 3 day had to take it in 2 times to get it to work. Replaced motor then replaced arm.

Passenger window wouldn't stay up. Cable on regulator slipped off spindle and got mangled. Replaced motor and regulator.
Power seat forward/backward worm drives on the front seats wore out and got stuck in one position. Had to get replacements from a junkyard. FYI 2005-2007 vans seem to have better fwd/backward worm drives than the 2001-2003 units.
