Replaced rear shocks, McPherson struts, rebuilt leaf springs, replaced tires, rebalanced 6 times, road force tested and aligned. Problem remains.

Suspect electrical issue at instrument panel. Vehicle still overheats after an hour of constant running. Coolant is down by about 1/2 gallon. All leak tests performed but no leaks found yet.

Old pump was not correct for the vehicle - required additional labor to remove. Fingers crossed-I think we've got it this time! Oil pressure sending unit failed causing warning light to illuminate. Since the cause of the warning light could not be determined by driver, van was taken to shop immediately.
