Sep 2011 54000 117 Passenger siding door would almost close then open back up. Dealer said this was a common problem and they had an update for the problem. They also said that they could not cause the problem again so they just reflash the computer any way!!

Sep 2009 26000 0 Loud ticking noise upon start-up that lasted for approximately 15-30 seconds. Power liftgate motor does not smoothly open liftgate but ratchets in two positions upon opening. New motor ordered but on backorder. Transmission shifts harshly from 1st to 2nd at low speed, low throttle openings. 
Dec 2009 27000 0 Liftgate motor/transmission appeared to have stripped gear in two positions and would ratchet in those positions while opening. Liftgate motor replaced under warranty. 
Jan 2010 27000 25 2nd set of pads were excessively worn and damaged the rotors. After discussing with Chrysler directly several times about issue, they agreed to replace pads and rotors and only charge total of $25 for the pads. The rotors and labor were free. 
Dec 2010 42000 150 Failed CV shaft replaced. O.D. compounder sensor damaged during failure & replaced. Chrysler provided out of warranty assistance covering $650 of $800 total.

Feb 2008 2480 0 Power steering return hose split in -40C and leaked all fluid out of reservoir. Vehicle was not drivable. Power 3rd row seats would not fold up or down. Parts have been ordered. Auto temperature control now on the passenger side was extremely tight to turn. Parts ordered. 
Mar 2008 3100 0 Climate control knob very tight to turn, system replaced under warranty. Wrong parts ordered for power 3rd row, must return to install new parts. Brand new MyGig/Nav ordered, but apparently never came in. Must reorder and return in 1 week. 
Apr 2008 4340 0 Power 3rd row seat defective, parts ordered, couldn't repair. Whole new seat was ordered from factory and installed. Successfully repaired. Replacement MyGig was never ordered to repair original defective unit. Dealer finally ordered item and replaced with new one. Successfully repaired. 
Aug 2008 7440 0 Brake Master Cylinder failed and had to be replaced. 
Oct 2008 9300 0 The transmission shifter became very stiff to shift in to gear as well as when using the autostick.

Need to return to get this recall closed out. Whining sound still apparent even though alternator was replaced with a new one. Key FOB was stuck in the ignition on ACCESSORY and would not release. The vehicle's electrical system was operating at all times and would drain the battery. 
Mar 2009 15500 0 Key FOB stuck in ignition, new ignition NODE ordered and installed. It did not solve problem. The metal shifter release could not contact the key release. This piece was changed. Problem solved. Recall for KEY FOB still not completed. Waiting for parts. Whining sound still present upon acceleration only. Dealer cannot provide a solution and was told they all do that. 
Jul 2009 21700 0 At 33,000 kms, the front rotors and pads were completely finished and needed replacement. 
Jan 2010 28520 30 Power steering hose to reservoir tank split. AGAIN. Drove to dealer with no fluid and left overnight. They successfully repaired the power steering. Sensor was to be replaced for radiator per the Rapid Response bulletin. Parts on order. Transmission PCM re-flash per Rapid response Bulletin

Flash of electronics eliinated problem. Interior trim piece for rear opening replaced.

Could wiggle key to get it to operate again Whine from power steering led to the replacement of the rack and pinion. Dealer also replaced upper strut mounts and lower control arm bushings. Passenger side sliding door did not operate with 100 percent reliability. Result was that it would occasionally close almost all the way and then automatically re-open. Led to the car being left with an open door at malls, driveways, etc. 
Sep 2010 41000 120 One day it was fine, the next day, the sytem had lost its whole a/c charge. A rubber hose between compressor and condenser had failed, it appears. I replaced the hose and recharged the a/c myself. This is really dissappointing. 
Sep 2011 57000 100 Intermittent ignition problem where van would die on left hand turns and occasionally on hard bumps. Chrysler customer care paid for the repair. A recall for the same issue exists for 2010 and 2011 models. It's a faulty ignition switch. Rear heater hose failed and was leaking coolant at a poorly designed plastic connector. Part replaced was a huge hose assembly that cost $100. Come'on Chrysler. Van is really dissappointing. 
Aug 2012 71000 800 The instrument cluster freaked out, illuminating all warning lights, gages went dead, and wipers turned on. Replaced TIPM myself, didn't fix problem. Dealer diagnosed as bad wiring harness, est cost $4500. Repaired bad wire myself.

Now I have a $430 repair. Wheel bearing replaced after learning of warranty extension while at dealer for heater hose. Had some minor noises when turning corners at low speeds. New rotors needed, AGAIN. This is the third set in 50k miles.
