8500 mi   The complaint was erratic shift quality. 3 software updates were applied. Since the symptoms would come and go time will tell if the prpblem is resolved. 
17700   The lens had come off of the right side mirror turn signal repeater. This is a known Town & Country/VW Routan problem. The part (68052079-AC) was replaced under warranty.

2000 mi   When in Econ mode, transmission shifts very harshly. Dealership has no fix. I expect a software update will be issued in the future. For now, I won't use the Econ feature due to concerns with trans wear and tear. 
9000   rattle from passenger side sliding door. Fixed by dealership under warranty 
31000   The protective lens on the blind spot monitor located on the exterior mirrors had fallen off. The part and to be ordered. Dealer installed at no cost, covered by warranty.

5000 mi   Nav system would not retain home address in memory. Solved with reflash of firmware. Car does not always detect key is inside (keyless go). Dealer could not replicate issue.

27000 mi   Check engine light on. Multiple trips to dealer for diagnosis with no answers yet. Replaced plus and fuel injector on 1st trip.  
29700   PCM on second trip.  
32300   Technician on the trip to replace the PCM said that it might be burnt valve, just based on symptoms. 
43000 US $100 Cable on window regulator snapped, drivers side front. Covered by ext. Warranty. 
59000   Middle row, passenger side air bag system is triggering the air bag light. After 2 trips, dealership not 100% sure what's wrong. Should take 1 more trip to fix.

70300   Cruise control switch was bad. Replaced. Wiring harness defective. Replaced. Driver side door needed a hinge replacement

21000 mi   Leather steering column cover would not stay clipped to steering column. 2nd row Stow'n'Go folding seats were not folding correctly. Spring loaded mechanism was replaced. 
22000   Rear windshield defrost element wasn't heating the lower 1/4 of the glass. No cuts in the element wiring were found, so repair kit could not be used. New rear windshield ordered instead. 
25700   HVAC heater blend flap wasn't closing correctly. Would cause a whistling noise at high fan speeds. Replaced motor and flap. Front passenger window regulator broke. Window wasn't closing or opening correctly and was making weird noises. 
34000   A worn bushing or component with the suspension was causing knocking noises in the rear of the van.

1000 mi   Squeak in cabin when on bumpy road. Unfastened visor clamp. Shop readily repaired. Tech said has had several, apparently clips not pushed in all the way, or the “legs” need to be spread apart more, so tightly engage.  ESC light on. They reset it, but afterwards it came on again. 
1000   ESC light on and stayed on. Replaced Clockspring / steering wheel sensor, which fixed problem. 
4000   Low tire pressure warning lights came on and stayed in spite of adding air to tires. 
24700   Check Engine light on and then off solid. Camshaft postion slow response was diagnosis. Performed oil cleaning procedure, code cleared, advised to come back if light returend 3 days and 250 miles later (see other repair) check engine light came back on. Diagnosed as malfunctioning phaser, part took 4 days to arrive. Phaser removed and replaced. Car has shifted hard and was getting worse,think this has cleared.

4000 mi   A/C would switch rear vent from head to feet when the "rear" button was selected. Only happens once after the vehicle is started. Does not happen when A/C is on Sync or Auto. Dealer replaced A/C head unit and same problem. 
7000 US $10 Driver side sliding door interior panel was rubbing on the fender and scratching the paint. Panel was replaced and paint repaired. 
38000   Service bulletin directed dealer to replace engine head on cylinder bank with cylinder 4. Driver map light was not as bright as when it was new. Unit was replaced. 
44000   replace pads torn boot

7000 mi   Key was not sensed when I pushed start button. Theft alarm went off and could not be shut off until 3 minute cycle timed out, then everything functioned normally. Two software updates were performed and problem has not recurred. 
21500   Radio changes stations and EVIC mileage resets by itself.

4000 mi   problems with shifting, told for several trips to dealer not a problem two days later check engine light and trans in limp mode to find compounder assembly failed. Symptoms were back after repair but dealer again saying nothing wrong.
