A stylish, roomy, and surprisingly quiet hatchback! 2014 Fiat 500L Pros and Cons Member5954 The 500L has a quiet ride; much more so than its raucous (but incredibly fun) smaller sibling. I hear some mild wind noise occasionally but that's about all unless I'm on extremely rough pavement. Road and engine noise are nicely muted without being completely removed. |

500L Easy 2014 Fiat 500L Pros and Cons Member5994 I like to be able to "hear" the car. So an extermely "quiet" vehicle is not to my liking. The 500L for me keeps the unwanted road noise out but I can still "hear" the car and emergency vehicles with the windows up. Comparison vehicle: 2006 Kia Sedona |

2014 FIAT 500L Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh Noise levels are also fairly low in the 500L--with one exception. The 1.4-liter turbocharged engine gets noisy when revved, and the unrefined quality of this noise isn't pleasant. Comparison vehicle: 2012 Kia Soul |
