0 Replaced both rear leaf springs and assembly due to squeaking.  
0 Both sides of wiper cowl replaced. One side popping up. Common on all F150's in this generation. 
0 Many part of the A/C system replaced. Will be going back to the dealer for the 5th time when a back ordered part arrives.  
0 Parts of steering assembly replaced due to vibration in the steering wheel when turning.

0 All 4 rotors turned due to premature warping. After rotors were turned they warped even more and had to be completely replaced at 17k miles.

Dealer (Carmax, not Ford) claims this is normal, will take to Ford dealer for 2nd opinion.
