Clunking noise and feel in steering when turning, growing worse over last month. Fear that some component might fail, resulting in an unsafe driving condition at speed. Dealer blamed noise on failed upper front strut mounts. Replaced same.

Noise is completely gone now. Sensor for traction control system is "shorted out". Indicator light on dash comes on at random. Estimated cost to repair will be $500.00. Chose not to repair at this time. The clunking noise when turning (especially while hitting a bump during a turn) is back. It is quite noticible, even to the dealer. They say they do not know the cause, have already replaced the likely causes at my expense, live with it.
