120000 2700 Torque Converter fragmented in transmission causing transmission pump performance failure and gear damage. No light indication. A whining pump noise at start up, which disappeared after warm up, was only indication. Dealer identified problem too late.  
131000 800 Power steering problem, turning wheel, and whining pump noise. Rack and Pinion were replaced, as Sears said it was leaking and noise would go away in time when air in the lines came out. One week later power steering pump was replaced, which fixed problem
