4000 0 Warranty issue. Front left suspension would squeak/pop while turning wheel at low speed during a small to medium suspension travel. Dealer diagnosed a split bear at the end of the steering column. Non-emergency replacement of steering column.
7000 0 Return trip for warranty repair, dealer ordered part. Replaced steering column. Bearing ring had separated causing a pop sound when turning with suspension travel - problem not an emergency.
41000 0 Passenger side rear spring broken off, 3" piece at top of spring. Dealer inspected, would not cover through warranty because out of warranty (over 3yr/36K). Did not repair at this time, appealing this decision through GM.
43000 108 Broken spring out of warranty, dealer would not fix under warranty. Appealed to GM cust svc & they offered to fix thru the same dealer for a $100 deductible. I agreed to the deal & replaced the pass side rear spring.
52000 394 AC not working at all - there is a safety override to lock out compressor to prevent damage. Dealer found no leaks, system was low 1 lb of freon - repaired. "Stabilitrac" light illuminates occasionally after 20 mins of driving. Dealer could not verify concern thru computer, recommended software update ($100), reprogrammed ECM. Cannot verify yet that this solved the issue Leak from Steering gear at RF boot. Leak is a slow seap, not hitting the ground. Not repaired at this time.
56000 1500 AC recharge from April proved to be temporary. Dealer & local mechanic diagnosed bad Front Evap Coil. It's located in the dash - lots of labor to remove dashboard. Replaced the Coil.
56300 400 Two days after June repair, I noticed a leak (10-16 oz) of red fluid at right front corner of engine compartment. I had previously informed the dealer & local mech about it. It was a leak from the water pump. Replaced pump.

3000 0 Transmission/ECM software flash update.
5000 0 Popping sound in steering column during low speed turns. Dealer found mismachined bearing in steering column. Ordered part. Squeak from brake pedal, especially when cold. GM supposedly is developing a revised brake fluid to correct the problem, but not available yet. Rattle in driver's side - likely window frame or headliner.
6000 0 Parts came in and dealer replaced steering column to eliminate popping noise. Dealer says revised brake fluid still not available from GM to fix the problem.

Dealer says caused by bird poop damaging the finish before it cured (likely while in transit from factory).
