General NotesHow do we select "competing car models"? Users of TrueDelta's car price comparison tool most often compare these cars to the GMC Acadia.Models and statistics marked with an asterisk (*) have very low sample sizes. These results, visible only to logged-in members, provide only a rough estimate of car reliability.
Any result under 20 repair trips per 100 cars is likely a result of the small sample size, and should be expected to increase to 20 or so in future updates.
New models often start out with high repair rates, and then improve as the manufacturer identifies and addresses common problems. MethodologyOnly successfully completed repairs are currently included in the analysis. Routine maintenance, most wear items, recalls, and problems fixed with just a reflash or warning light reset are not included.

Water leaks, so many the Dealer has a hard time repairing. Power steering pump wines so loud you can hear it in the interior. Dash rattles. Cruse control is useless due to the trans calibration, continuously down shifts the trans on hills and in a wind. |
| 2007 | 4dr SUV 275-horsepower 3.6L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic AWD |
It is NOT reliable. It never has been. The transmission in our car was fully replaced before 6 months. |

whenever it rains hard, it makes weird noise from the tire/brakes, and the steering wheel gets locked up. one time, water was leaking/dripping under dash onto my foot(driver side) as well as the passenger side. |
