37200 mi C $1350 Air conditioner compressor bearing was worn and entire unit required replacement as I was told parts are no longer made for newer air conditioner units.  Driver and passenger side doors required alignment and tightening to reduce wind noise when driving at highway speeds. Doors adjusted and 95% of wind noise eliminated.  
58900   When sold needed repairs to steering column as it was making a noise when travelling over rough surfaces, like Regina roads.

65720 mi C $320 Starter failed, replaced starter. Took a week because dealer had to order part. First starter they got was defective, so had to order a new one. Was getting CEL due to throttle errors and misfires. Dealer indicated throttle body needed to be cleaned, charged $90 for a cleaning. 
65720   CEL flashing and vehicle shaking badly at a stop. Advised by OnStar not to drive and have it towed (constantly misfiring). Dealer replaced camshaft solenoid and position sensor.

52000   new engine shipped to shop without updated valve covers. Gm has service bulliten from 2008 that special valve covers are needed because of new lifters that supply more oil. Oil was being sucked into the intake. 450 miles lost 2.5Q oil.

22000 mi   Fuel tank level sensor module failed. Replaced under warranty. No problems. 
25000   Engine misfiring. Problem traced to ignition coil(s)for cylinders 1 & 2. Coils replaced. Fault no longer apparent. 
33000 US $315 Intermittent noise and feeling, best described as a "Thunk" when at idle after driving (like at red lights) Transmission hard-shifting intermittently. Not smooth at all. Not occuring in conjunction with idle issue. Brake squeal. Carbon build up affecting performance. De-coke and injector cleaning carried out. 
34000   Return trip to address previously unresolved problem. Drive shaft removed, checked, lubed, and refitted. Fault no longer apparent. Return trip to address unresolved issue. Symptoms disappeared when another drivetrain issue was resolved. Brake calipers removed, cleaned, refitted, and set-up. Symptoms no longer apparent. 
59000   Transmission selector grommet failed, rendering vehicle stuck in reverse. Fortunately it happened at home. Online forum provide answers, so was able to use materials at hand to fashion repair, and fit it. 
61000   AC beagan blowing warm. Investigation revealed cluctch not engaging. By-pass LPS, clutch engaged and blowing cold. System recharged. Fault no longer apparent. 
61000   Tailgate lift supports no longer holding tailgate up. Researched replacement parts on Trailvoy.com. Purchased parts locally, and replaced worn items. Simple task. 
74000   Rear air-bags leaking. Had to be replaced. Vehicle had GM recall items addressed at same time. 
75000   Hard shifting, particularly between 1st &2nd. Gearbox rebuild, torque converter replaced, shift cable replaced, engine and transmission mounts replaced. Work carried out by Aamco. Fault no longer apparent.
