The entry level model has all the safety features I was looking for in a vehicle -- ABS, VCM, reactive headrests.
I have had no mechanical failures for the last 5300 miles.
Fuel economy is similar to smaller engines -- while providing the power of larger engines.
Responsive and firm handling -- though not harsh.

Too noisy -- road noise & wind noise seem to be transmitted straight into the cabin.
Shoddy QA/QC - rattling windows, creaks & squeaks in dash & glove box.
Base model has a dearth of features - no electronic seat controls, auto lights/wipers/window up/down, XM. Even the high-end model does not have memory seats! No HID-based headlights on sedan either.
