1000 0 Front passenger side headrest is discolored on the side of it. 
1000 0 1. Pocket door underneath the stereo was warped.  2. Rear drivers side vent had the slider knob fall off. Headrests replaced under factory regular warranty. 
4000 0 1. Transmission has double shift. When no brake is applied, shift from P to D and there is a light shift into drive, then 1 or so seconds later a much more noticible shift to Drive. 2. Torque steer upon starting out, and pull to right. 
5000 0 American Honda district manager came in to test drive vehicle and basically told me they all do that in regards to the double shift to drive. They cross rotated tires to get help with torque steer and vehicle pulling to the right. Tailgate handle is mushy and hard to use when using the tailgate in the side opening position. There is now a bulletin to confirm my reported problem and they have ordered the parts for the repair. 
7000 0 Bulletin for mushy tailgate handle performed on vehicle, parts replaced per bulletin, successful repair. Front middle arm rest slides freely forward and back, dealer ordered parts, replaced parts, customer drove away to find the dealer had broken the release handle for the center armrest, more parts orderd and vehicle waiting on parts now.

10000 0 D3 switch never worked from the time I bought it used with 6K miles on it. They tried to repair the switch and was not successful so they ordered a new one for which I had to return a second time. They also ordered two new vents in the backseat area. Installed new D3 switch. Installed two new vents. 
25000 216 During an oil change at a non-dealer station, mechanic noticed CV boot leak. Dealer found no holes in boot, but both left & right bands on boots were replaced--suspected loose bands. 
40000 238 All warning lights on dash were flashing. ECU power failure code was thrown. Dealer cleaned batt terminals, if it happens again, needs new ECU. Oil and trans fluid changed also.
