Fantastic car A member from Georgia, United States Best Reason to Buy the Infiniti G: Reliability & durability I love the reliability so far. At 122,000 miles, all the switchgear functions beautifully and shows no wear & tear at all. There are no creaks or rattles in the dashboard or center console. Best Reason Not to Buy the Infiniti G: Fuel economy The fuel economy is somewhat disappointing. I averaged generally about 16mpg per tank when I lived and worked in a large city. Now that I live and commute to school out in the sticks, I amgetting around 23mpg with the cruise control locked at 55-60. I love my G37xS A member from Kentucky, United States Best Reason to Buy the Infiniti G: Exterior styling I absolutely love the looks of this car, this was one of the main reasons why I bought it. Every time I walk out to my car I smile. Best Reason Not to Buy the Infiniti G: Exterior styling If you want a G37 with the sports package, make sure it is the RWD and not the "X" AWD. With the AWD you are only getting the appearance package. You will not get the sport suspension, sport tuned steering,or the Brembo Brake Kit. I was a little upset to find this out after buying the car. Would have been rated at over 360 hp back in the muscle-car era, and weighing 500 less pounds. Pulls very strongly all the way up to its lofty 7,200 rpm redline. Great throaty song too. The 2010 has moved the front fogs to a more traditional location which balances the front. Best Reason Not to Buy the Infiniti G: Rear seat room & comfort Seems smaller than the G35, no rear reclining seats anymore and the headrests stick up a bit more than the old car.
