18000 mi   ITB05-002b. Both rear wheel areas exhibited clicking noises during starting from a stop, both forward and reverse directions. Repaired via ITB05-002b instructions -- dealer applied lubrication to driveshaft flanges. 
33000 US $370 Piston boots on rear brake calipers had holes/tears. Rear calipers were replaced. 
35000   Rattle in roof behind driver seat. Had to remove nearly all interior trim plus rear seat to get access above headliner. Found loose bolt holding sunroof rail to sunroof bracket. Applied loctite and tightened. Total time: 8 hours. $none Dealer couldn't find clutch rattle when pedal pressed in. Probably release bearing, left it alone. Release bearing - replaced under warranty Found 1 broken radiator fan, replaced under warranty... Recommended/replaced 2 belts for $200 (my mechanic says no way that was needed). 
57000   Foam-backed leather trim on interior door panels started separating at top of trim area. I bought foam-compatible spray adhesive and fixed it myself. It lasted about a month and has started to peel again. 
65000   Front brake calipers were loose on their fully engaged pins, rattled over bumps. Can't totally blame the car since I had high-friction pads and "spirited" driving. OEM calipers from online dealer were ~$500, but I put on a big brake kit. 
66000   Replaced failed master cylinder (brakes). Installed good OEM-quality (but not Nissan) part due to faster delivery time. Nissan was over a week to wait.

30000 mi   There was a loud rattle coming from the back passenger roof deck. It was determined that a spot weld had come loose and the the interior was removed to weld and correct the problem. It took about a week for them to locate the source of the rattle. It was 
57000   Wheel bearings in the front two wheels were out. They were both replaced under original warranty under the drivetrain warranty. Infiniti paid the repair cost, I as the owner did not come out of pocket for the repairs. The repair was successful.
