Reliability & durability

Exceptional with the exception of the audio system. Drive-train, reliability, engine performance and tranny work smoothly. Suspension is also excellent. Consumer Reports and Edmunds always gives car very good marks in the area.

Brand reputation & image

Has very positive image and excellent corporate image akin to that of Acura and Lexus.

Ride smoothness

Not harsh or jittery, very smooth, solid and flexible with sacrificing sense of car being solid.

Fuel economy

Currently get 25-27 highway and 21=22.5 in the city. Live in extremely mountainous terrain, so mpg would be higher in a flat area such as Nebraska or Kansas. I would have added a 6th gear and kept the power.

Front seat support & comfort

Very uncomfortable in long drives. Issue is with poor placement (serious design flaw) of seat controls for driver and passenger, otherwise an excellent ride.
