47000 mi Third gear grinds (completely shot) and whining noise out of transmission when cold. This is third transmission (6MT G-35) Warranty replaced transmission 2x and Clutch 1x. Car out of warranty for this by 5 months but under mileage by 25k. Mechanic at dealer stated clutch needed replacing along with transmission. Same clutch problem as when purchased. Replaced by dealer under warranty 1x. Problem still occurs, Infiniti refused to replace. Escalated to Consumer Affairs, still declined.
