1000 0 Power right side passenger door made grinding noise and would not close without assistance. Service said track was bent (how?) and would need several days to replace but mechanic pried it back straight and now it works fine.

10000 0 Brakes made noise when cold, dealer replaced rear calipers with updated versions. Took about 3 hours. 
12000 0 Early Model Sedona Vans have timing chain tensioners which allow slack upon start-up. I noticed a little rattle for 2-3 seconds after start-up and then read a notice issued to dealers prior to a forthcoming TSB. Mentioned to service rep and she arranged
