Also couldn't get car into neutral to facilitate towing since rhere is no bypass. Once battery problem was resolved, the initial failure to start problem was easier to diagnose as vapor lock on a hundred degree afternoon. No resolution, other than to suggest non+ethanol fuel. Which is almost impossinle to find.
