2011 Lincoln MKT Pros and Cons at TrueDelta: 2011 Lincoln MKT - Luxury and Value by dwomack

I purchased my MKT with 20,000 miles at a price thousands below what competing vehicles would cost. After significant research, I don't think there is a better choice out there if you want 7 passenger seating, decent gas mileage & luxury features-- Unless you have a really large budget.
Interior styling
Interior is roomy, luxurious and quiet. Sure, there are more luxurious vehicles out there, but not near this price point.
Price or payments
I purchased used with 20,000 miles. I did a significant amount of research and found nothing else that combines seven passenger seating, good fuel economy (for a larger vehicle), great luxury and amenities, interesting styling (I like it, some certainly do not) even close to this price point.
Exterior styling
You could pay much more for a BMW, Mercedes, Acura, Lexus etc. and see 50 just like yours during your daily commute. I prefer not having what everyone else has while still having a stylish, luxurious, fun car.
Driving position & visibility
Visibility both front and rear takes some getting used to. The backup camera and parking aids are standard and a must for backing up and the rear view mirror somewhat impedes my vision out the front. I am 6'2" and this may not be as much a problem for shorter drivers.
Definitely not the car you want if you are afraid of not being like everyone else. I can go days without seeing another one on the road (I'm good with that but not everyone is).
