7500 mi   Stomp the gas at highway speed and you can hear very loud clunk that vibrates the entire vehicle. 
21000   Transmission shock on shifting from park, and some increased shock when downshifting at highway speeds (automatic transmission) 
27000   Transmission was blowing downshift from 5th to 4th, articulated problem to dealer with conditions that caused issue. Dealer referred to Mazda hotline. Mazda replaced transmission in entirety.

2013 Mazda CX-5 4dr SUV

6820 mi   The transmission died during a uphill. It would rev. but no acceleration at all. Pull over on the side shut the car for 30 second and it work fine after that. 
17000   Minor leak was discovered on differential case. Differential was replaced under warranty. 
7000   Mazda installed a data recorder to capture transmission (mis)behavior (first reported 5/22/12). Data recorder caused car to malfunction, Mazda NA impounded for 3 days to diagnose. NHTSA OID 10488066. 
20096   6 Speed Automatic Transmission -- 3 issues (could not fit details in this text box) Cruise Control – inaccurate at highway speeds
