Driver side door was squeeking and bolts needed to be tightened. I love this car!
Sunroof leak along the seam. Driver side rear quarter panel had a mark on the clear oat from the plastic applied to protect it during transport.
Found that the passenger side rear reflector (in bumper) was not secured into bumper properly. It would push in when touched. Dealer attempted to secure it, but couldn't, so entire new bumper assemply was ordered, painted,and installed.
The leather drivers seat cover was replaced as it would not properly fasten at the bottom front lip. The newly replaced seat cover now has the same issue. Repair tech damaged door sill paint upon reinstalling seat.

Squeak coming from front end, generally when braking at low speed. Noise has not gone away from two separate dealer visits.
Squeak in front end diminished on its own but never went away. We still heard the squeak 50 percent of the time.
The leather cowling are the dashboard display was peeling and had to be replaced.
Rattle from left rear windshield area. This has been fixed. Rattle from right dashboard area when driving on pavement that is less than very smooth. This has been fixed. Rattle/vibration from left dash area above the steering column/left corner when driving on less than smooth pavement. Prominent when coming to rolling stop. Took car home after attempted fix from the dealership. Dealer removed left side speaker cover, road tested. noise still there. Removed the wiper and cowl and tested without cowl found noise is gone. Dealer put foam tape on all contact and put the cowl back and found noise gone. Put foam tape on cowl contact with windshield and road tested and found noise gone.
Took the car home and the problem has not been resolved. Rattle and vibration is still occurring just as before the repair/correction. Will be returning the car for more diagnosis.
Repaired loose drivers seat. Replaced the rails on which the seat move, for and aft.
Rattle from glove box in new vehicle. On closer inspection, a trim piece underneath the glove box had come unsecured. I asked the dealer to repair. Dealer secured the piece and confirmed no damage to the clip. Rattle stopped.

Leatherette around infotainment system is bubbling and coming off. Mazda took pictures, will send to HQ to get authorization for part replacement or otherwise. Waiting on their phone call...
Dealership received infotainment screen trim, forgot to tell me, I proactively reached out to them, came, they installed it whilst I wait. The trim was bubbling and wrinkling.
The locking mechanism that hold center console lid down broke off. Center console lid would not stay down as a result.
Screw holding driver's side sun visor fell out and was lost.
Strong wind noise coming from top left corner of drivers door window. Was there since new. Replaces the rubber seal/trim assembly around window and noise is gone.
Hood shake / bouncing when driving down road. Both mirrors shake at hwy speed. Mirrors replaced with updated model. Hood TSB performed, consisting of different cowl moulding and gluing hood panels together.
Various rattles and squeaks coming from center console, door actuators, gear shifter when moving from park to drive and vice versa, clicking noise passenger dashboard. Tightening lubrication to fix issues
Stitching on rear seat was coming undone. Dealer had a third-party double stitch it.
Vibrating rear view mirror on driver side.
Driver side mirror cover (garnish) clips were bent during earlier repair, preventing cover from being flush with mirror housing causing a whistling sound while driving. New cover was ordered and replaced.

Passenger seat trim came loose due to broken clip
Passenger seat trim loose. I've had nothing but problems with it.
Routine oil change/rotation and tried to have the dealer inspect the mirror which still wasn't fixed from the last repair.
Rear view mirror mounted on windshield was getting loose and moving a little. Dealer tightened the screw that secured the rear view mirror to the windshield and the problem was fixed.

Driver side window has an air leak which produces very annoying sound during driving. It is positioned at 10o'clock and there is clear visible lack of contact of the seal in that corner. Driver side mirror shakes at speeds over 50 MPH.
Rear spoiler creaking on bad roads, was slightly loose on one side.
Fix was to tighten bolt on one side.
Window and door rattles when left open at about 1 inch. Riding the car makes rattle noise and also when closing the door. There's a TSB for older models but dealer said my car's VIN is newer and doesn't apply.
Side mirror vibrates at high speed

Hood was vibrating. There was a TSB on this issue for earlier CX-5s, so they applied the same fix to my car.
Leather was prematurely worn on the driver's seat. Leather was replaced, but dealer took a long time to do the work as it's not a very common problem, I was told.
Side mirror were vibrating. Common CX-5 issue. Both mirrors were replaced under warranty. Driver's seat was incorrectly repaired last time. Leather was not properly fixed, seat frame was showing
One of the reflectors on the rear bumper came loose. They tightened the screw of it.
After bumper was replaced there was overspray on the bumper, a scratch on the wheel trim, a ding in my hood and a scratch on the wind deflector they installed for me.
Peeling paint on driver's side rocker. Dealer had rocker repainted.
Dash rattles, and windows rattle when cracked open, TSB fix was to remove windshield to fix dash rattle. Dealer had less invasive solution that has seemed to work.
Rattle noise coming from center of dash when car is cold. Instrument panel was removed - Center bracket was missing foam padding. Factory defect.

Rattle in the center dash. Asked dealer about it during an oil change. Some bolt were tightened and it hasn't rattled in about a month.

when window is part open, small rattle noise heard. Fixed by the dealer.
Small squeaks from front window when opened surfaced again but dealer applied TSB and fixed.
small buzz re-developed again on passenger side when window is partially opened. Dealer found the cause and fixed.
Noise from bottom of windsheild, per TSB fixed.
rattle in the dash, tightened bolts under cowl as per TSB posted online. Fixed rattle. rattle at upper front of doors. partially removed door panel and found anchor point padding insufficient and had moved allowing plastic to metal direct contact. Added padding. hood was slightly loose when closed. Catch side of latch was adjusted down.
Plastic cover on rear seat falls off. Dealer determined that there was a TSB but the part was actually broken. New part on order, not yet replaced. Fixed by dealer, no charge.
Rattle/vibration noise coming from the passenger side - when I sat in the passenger seat heard it from the centre console drivers mirror vibrates at higher speeds - when reported to the dealer they told me there was a service bulletin so they had a fix but they have to order the parts
There is still a rattle that seems to come from the passenger door when I am driving but when I sit in the passenger seat, it seems to be more in the dash.

Driver side mirror vibrating was replaced
Rear cargo cover would rattle when going over uneven terrain. Steering wheel cover have excess clearance on windshield wiper stalk, intermittently produces rattles going over uneven terrain
Steering wheel column cover had prying marks caused by dealer on last visit regarding intermittent rattling. Also performed 16,000 scheduled maintenance.
Rear passenger seat latch had excess clearance with latch lock. Used electrical tape to reduce clearance between latch and latch lock. Noise has been gone since DIY repair.
Service bulletin issued for A-pilar, resulting in noises from dashboard.
Re-attached sunroof air deflector to support arm. Mazda uses an overly flimsy material. Dealer initially attempted a repair with glue.

A wire harness came loose behind the glovebox and was rattling around. The dealer quickly repaired and reattached it.

There was a rattle coming from the right front of the vehicle. Some cowl bolts needed to be tightened. There is a TSB for this. Supposed to be a permanent fix. No problems since.
Trim piece (rubber/weatherstripping) that runs under the driver and rear passenger door was coming loose at the front. Dealer replaced under warranty.
Driver side mirror vibrated when driving. Dealership said no fix yet. Wait until Nov. 1st. This is a common issue.

Rattles behind glovebox, middle dash speaker area and side windows. TSB fix reduced side window rattle. Dealer added padding behind glovebox but still rattles.
Nut came loose from bolt and was rattling between headliner and roof near overhead lights panel. Dealer still looking for bolt missing a nut.
I fixed the rattle - ended up being a loose piece of interior trim in the passenger footwell where a tab wasn't inserted into its slot, so it fluttered against its adjacent panel.
Two bolts that connect hatch dampers to car body rusted very badly. No other bolts in area appear rusted, just those two bolts. No explanation, no unusual exposure conditions.

Symmetrical dents due to body fatigue on both sides by the hatch. Those are symmetric and look very similar on both sides. Left side dented more than right side.

Driver side mirror shakes above ~35 mph (rearview and passenger side mirror are solid). They inspected it and said there was no issue. It still shakes. Update: it stopped bothering me. Not sure if it went away or I just got used to it.
