Brought car in with suspected broken rear axle, found left rear broken, was replaced under warranty) While there, dealer found metal shavings in front transfer case (replaced front left driveshaft under warranty as well, and replaced associated fluids)
bad grinding and clicking sounds coming from drivetrain. vibrations above 50mph, and car jerked to a stop when slowing at 1-2mph
Transfer case replaced
Could not get part for leaking front differential. Quoted 1 day but took 3.
Rear differential seal, where half-shaft / axle plugs into it was leaking. Was on the passenger side. Noticed when I was changing wheels to my winter set. Called dealer up and told them and they ordered the parts ahead of time.
Transaxle seal damaged, replaced.
weeping between engine oil pan and transmission, tech originally dismissed as old assembly oil.
The clutch has always had a difficult engagement and there is a TSB concerning it. They didn't consider my car to have any problem, even though I wanted the clutch assembly replaced under the TSB and my VIN number fell within the acceptable range.
