8060 mi Had trouble starting vehicle (the vehicle would stall)and the check engine light came on and turned off by itself the next day.
17660 mi Had trouble starting vehicle on a cold morning. Engine would keep stalling and the 'check engine light' illuminated. It took 5 tries to start the vehicle before it would hold a constant idle. The Tech replaced some relays.
31930 mi Vehicle was parked overnight in an attached garage to my house. Inside the garage was -10 degrees celcius. Went to start the vehicle the next morning and the engine would stall 1-2 seconds after start up. The vehicle battery is only two months old and all connections are secure. All fuses and relays are in working order. The MIL light was not on so there were no codes to pull. I try 5 more times to start the vehicle and again, it would stall and would not remain on. I tried plugging in the block heater for 2 hours. Went to start the vehicle and finally, the engine remained running. Car behaved normally after that and I could not duplicate the problem the next day.

C $3
the lower half of the heat shield on the exhaust has come loose. It is supposed to be clamped onto the upper heat shield but rust has corroded the part that is connected to the clamp. It was rattling with a metal on metal sound when pressing the gas pedal and going to approximately 5 km/hr from a stop. I clamped the lower heat shield onto the upper heat shield using a metal gear clamp and that stopped the rattling.
