Extremely strong performance from the 3.5l VQ motor. Excellent combination of low end pull (low speed cornders can be taken in 3rd gear) and top end rush. 30 mp cruising in 6th gear on the highway.
Very precise and responsive for what is otherwise a perfectly mainstream family sedan.
Big improvement over the outgoing model. Simplified controls for multiple applications. The Accord provides an absolute riot of switchgear to deal with essentially the same features. Godd quality materials throughout. Supremely comfortable seats.
Having owned a bullet-proof Maxima for 7 years, I am looking forward to more of the same from the Altima. So far, so good.
