Introduction

I am very happy, going from a compat hatchback to a full sized sedan, the ride, comfort and interior features are so much more. I drove this car in really bad ice after owning it for a few weeks, i had better traction compared to 4wd or awd cars, the traction control is amazing and well worth it. The tires also helped with the traction.

Why the 2013 Nissan Altima?

Interior styling

Very comfortable interior with the technology package. Comfortable to ride in for long rides or a commute.

Powertrain performance

The 2.5 has enough power to pass yet the milage to get 38+ MPG on the highway. City MPG is not as good as expected, i get 25-28.

Why Not the 2013 Nissan Altima?

Exterior styling

The paint from the factory was not as I would have expected it to be, i had to clay it to get it to the finish i expected from a new car. After that, the finish was smooth as silk.

Fuel economy

City MPG is disappointing.

Other Features of the 2013 Nissan Altima

Quietness

The cabin noise could be better, but i am comparing it to luxury sedans that cost 10-20K more.

Discounts & incentives

I happen to buy at a time where the incentives were high and the dealer was very motivated to sell. Just keep bargaining and haggling in my advice, they caved in to my every demand. The car i purchased was the only one on the lot with a dark interior which was a must, they really wanted to sell it so the deal was amazing.

Conclusion

I can't say i wouldnt purchase this car again if i had the chance.

"... i am comparing it to luxury sedans that cost 10-20K more."

Why?!

With that mindset, the review is tainted and flawed as you're a mainstream car's qualities against a luxury car's perceived quality!

While review is tainted, it's also missing some other points like how things feel i.e. interior space and handling and ride.
