Clean european styling
With over 250HP it makes the car feel responsive under acceleration and passing.
Very well insulated with little cabin noise which resembles a lexus more than a saturn.
Saturn has a solid reputation for reliability with many cheaper models still running fine at over 200,000KM.
The seats have sufficient support for longer trips.
The A beams are incredibly wide and can easily cause an accident if you are not careful when making left turns.
My car seems rather high in this regard or maybe I just have a lead foot.
There is a serious issue with transmission lag when powering out of corners and sometimes when passing in the lower gears. It seems to hesitate when searching for the next gear and can take a few seconds literally.
The Goodyear Eagle LS2s that come with the XR are some of the worse that I ever used in terms of traction. There are even worse in slightly wet conditions and horrible in snow. Could be a safety hazard if you are not aware or focused at all times.
