Saturn has had a long time reputation of putting their customer service first and I can attest to this first hand.
Depreciation is a concern when buying this model brand new however if you are planning on keeping the car for several years or are buying pre-owned, this is not applicable.
They did have a random On-Star registration draw when you signed the purchase agreement with guaranteed discounts. I got $400 off the car, which I would guess most got. Not specific to Saturn, it was a GM promotion.
